No. A valid license must be purchased before any commercial use.

Free use (if offered) is strictly limited to non-commercial purposes only.

No. All licenses strictly prohibit registering the beat or the New Song in any Content ID system.

The Producer already manages Content ID to prevent conflicts between multiple licensees.

Uploading your song to Content ID may result in copyright claims against other users and will be considered a violation of the license agreement.

Yes. Once you purchase a license, you will receive the tag-free version of the beat.

All sales are final.

Due to the instant digital delivery of the files, refunds are not provided after purchase, except in the case of accidental duplicate orders.

After purchase, you will automatically receive your license agreement through the “Download Your PDF License” link included in your order confirmation email.

You will also receive a separate email containing the download link for your ZIP file, which may include the MP3 file, WAV file, both formats, and may include also STEMS files depending on the license you purchased.

You may also receive an additional PDF document containing important supplementary information such as credits, usage instructions, and sample information if applicable.

The required credit information is provided within your license and/or product details.

You must credit the Producer as:

If you exceed the allowed limits (streams, sales, views, etc.), you must upgrade your license.

Failure to do so may result in termination of your license and removal of your song

The exclusive license is granted subject to all prior licenses.

Previous buyers can keep their songs online and continue using the beat under their original license terms.

However, after the exclusive sale, the beat will no longer be sold or licensed to new users.

If the beat contains samples:

  • You are responsible for clearing the sample(s) before commercial release
  • A document (PDF/DOCX) may be provided with sample information and contact details of the rights holder(s)

The Producer is not responsible for any unauthorized use of samples.

Yes. Registration with a PRO is mandatory in order to properly collect and distribute publishing royalties.

To ensure that both parties receive their respective shares, the Licensee must register the New Song with a Performing Rights Organization such as:

  • SACEM
  • ASCAP
  • BMI

The Licensee is required to correctly register:

  • their own share
  • the Producer’s share (as specified in the Agreement)

Failure to properly register the work may result in the inability to collect and distribute publishing royalties, including the Producer’s share.

No. You are purchasing a license to use the beat, not ownership.

The Producer retains full ownership of the beat, including all copyrights.

You only own your lyrics and original contributions to the new song.

Yes. You are allowed to distribute your New Song on streaming platforms such as:

  • Spotify
  • Apple Music

Or others music streaming platforms

However, you must respect all usage limits defined in your license.

Content ID registration remains strictly prohibited.

If you cannot find the beat on our website, it may no longer be available for sale. This usually means that the beat has been sold under an exclusive license to another user and has been removed from all marketplaces.

In this case, you will not be able to purchase a new license for that beat.

However, if you have previously purchased a valid license, your existing rights remain valid under the terms of your original agreement.

This is a non-exclusive license, which means the beat can be licensed to multiple artists.

Other artists may create and release their own songs using the same beat.

This is normal and does not affect your rights, as long as you comply with your license terms.

No. All licenses are non-transferable.
